How do I change my Nato Strap

Our watch straps are easy to change. If you want to switch to NATO strap, we recommend going to an authorized dealer.

How to write my leather strap with sewing

We have made this watch strap with Interchangeable strap system, which makes it easy to change by yourself.


We always strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders that are long before 4 pm on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, the order will be shipped the following day before 1 p.m. You can choose whether you want your order delivered to your home address or to your workplace.

When do you ship my order?

Orders received before 6 pm (16:00) they will shipped same day. We will send you tracking ID, so you can followed the package.

What are your shipping fees and who do you ship with?
We strive to provide the best prices. Therefore, we can also offer free shipping to most countries however with a small reservation. We are working to get some better freight agreements so that we can also offer free shipping to the countries that pay the freight at this time.

Have you purchased an original Montara® Watches watch. Are you covered by the “Montara® Watches 2 years International Warranty”.

How long does your warranty cover

At Montara® Watches you get a 2-year warranty on the watch, which covers manufacturing defects. If you have self-inflicted damage to the watch and not treated it responsibly, the warranty does not cover. If you are in doubt please contact our customer service at service@montarawatches.com.

How long is the battery life on my watch?

The battery life is around 2 years.

Refund & return

Have you purchased an original Montara® Watches watch. Are you covered by the “Montara® Watches 2 years International Warranty”.

Do you offer a refund?

Should you regret your purchase, Montara® Watches will provide a 30-day return, where you will receive your money back when we receive the product. The only requirement is that the product must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging.

We will refund the amount to your account within 14 days.

You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must use our standard cancellation form and send it back to us, either by mail or scan it in and send it to us.

The return right is only available on purchases through Montara® Watches and Premium dealers.

Can i return my goods?

You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return of the goods.

You can buy a return label here.

Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped. You bear the risk of the item, from the time of delivery of the item until we receive it again.

Due to their nature, some goods cannot be returned by normal mail.

The item should be sent to Montara® Watches.
